CASTINGS & MACHINING
Many of the projects we've done involved castings and machining. In fact, this is where we started our business in 2005. We have partnerships with quality suppliers in Ningbo and surrounding cities who can do the many different types of castings. Whether it is sand casting or lost wax investment castings, we can do it. And if your product requires painting or post machining or packaging, we offer those and many other services too!
FORGINGS, STAMPING, & FORMING
Many of our projects involve the forming of metal into parts. Check out some of our existing projects in the pictures here. We have 3 quality suppliers who each do work on time and on spec. If you supply us with a print or an actual part or prototype we can match your expectations with quality and timeframes. And the tooling charges for our projects are typically 50% less than that of domestic suppliers, so your savings will really add up! It doesn't cost you anything for us to review a project!
INJECTION & DIE CAST MOLDING
We have an excellent partner in Shenzhen, China for the production of high quality tooling for injection molding and die cast molding. Even though we have focused on making the tooling and molds, we can also make and ship the parts if that is your preference. Our tooling/molds use the high quality steel from Japan and Germany, but still saves you as much as 30%-50% from domestic sources.
